Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekend and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times 

Flat Rate shipping: $6.95 ( 5-7 business days)

Free Shipping on orders $50

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays. 

Order Tracking 

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Rowdy Roze Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages 

Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen packages. However, we are happy to help file a claim with the carrier if needed.
